Many Internet users were shocked yesterday seeing a series of posts from US president , circulating all over the web. These posts were considered as treats to human rights because Donald Trump wrote about sending the National Guard to Minneapolis for intervention in case Mayor Jacob Frey could not control the protest caused by George Floyd 's death.

Not in rule with their policies that forbid hate and violence, twitter decided to remove some of the tweets made by Trump . Instead of doing same, Facebook did not react despite the alerts they received concerning the same content. For that reason, the network was labeled biased by it users who said they’re encouraging violent speeches and human rights violation. its boss had to make things clear.

Early this morning Mark Zuckerberg made a post on his account in which, He did explain why his team had not remove these posts with lots of denunciation. He said: “…our position is that we should enable as much expression as possible unless it will cause imminent risk of specific harms or dangers spelled out in clear policies. We looked very closely at the post that discussed the protests in Minnesota to evaluate whether it violated our policies. Although the post had a troubling historical reference, we decided to leave it up because the National Guard references meant we read it as a warning about state action, and we think people need to know if the government is planning to deploy force. Our policy around incitement of violence allows discussion around state use of force, although I think today's situation raises important questions about what potential limits of that discussion should be. The President later posted again, saying that the original post was warning about the possibility that looting could lead to violence. We decided that this post, which explicitly discouraged violence, also does not violate our policies and is important for people to see.”

I also made an article yesterday in which I stated Trump was to shoot on protesters in Minneapolis . Would like to say all these was just an empty threat by US president, who is best at that. I will keep you updated with more info on this issue.
